JPHigherEd wants to ensure that you are receiving all of the information you need before registering for a live webinar! To ensure transparency, we would like to encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns!

Below you will find a list of questions that may help answer questions or concerns that you may have about registration! If you do not see the question that you have listed below, feel free to contact us by using the contact form below!

How many access links will be provided per registration?
Each registration (regardless of type) will receive only one access link. This access link will allow only one computer to log-in to the webinar. If an institution is hoping to host a webinar as a professional development for the entire division or department that institution has two options: (1) host a group viewing of the webinar; or (2) contact us (use form below) and ask for a group rate for booking (we will provide you a discount so that you can obtain multiple access links).
Is there a graduate student discount rate?
We do not have graduate student specific discount rates but we do have a low-income rate. Any individual person can register using this rate if they make $34,999 or below as a yearly salary. If you do not get paid on a yearly rate, please calculate how much you make each month and then times that by twelve months. This will provide you a close estimate.
Do you provide an undergraduate student rate?
As of right now, we do not provide an undergraduate student rate. For institutions who will be providing the funds for undergrad students to view the webinar, please use the institution rate and register. Then, the institution is encouraged to host a group viewing.

If you have a group of students who will be paying for the webinar out of their own personal funds, please contact us and we will set-up a special rate for those students. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can set-up this process for the students.
What if we are registering for a webinar for our students but they will be unable to see the live webinar due to a time conflict?
Every institution and person who registers for a live webinar will be provided access to the recording of the webinar. This access will only be open for 24 hours but will provide folks time to re-watch the webinar or watch it for the first time if they missed the live event.
What if I cannot make the live webinar due to a time conflict?
Every institution or person who registers for a live webinar will receive access to the recording of the webinar. This recording will only be available for 24 hours after the live event.
